Immerse yourself in the awakening Tuscan countryside at Maraviglia, where daily yoga, farm-to-table meals, and slow explorations connect you with the cultural and natural richness of spring in rural Tuscany.

Each morning begins with gentle yoga to awaken the body and settle into the day. The rest flows naturally: cooking and sharing meals around long tables, wandering through the hills, learning about the land and its flavors, or simply taking time to rest.

Mornings are yours to flow with Madison in the yoga shala, stretch, and ease gently into the day, while Francesca and Francesco, who host you at Maraviglia, will be your warm guides, sharing insider tips, personal stories, and their network of local artisans and producers.

Spring at Maraviglia is when everything comes alive again: wildflowers color the fields, the garden is lush, and the countryside feels open and generous. We’ll gather at the farmhouse for six slow days together, moving with the rhythm of the season.

Enjoy the magic of Tuscan Spring at Maraviglia farmhouse, perched on a scenic hill and surrounded by olive and oak trees. Start your day with a refreshing stretch, indulge in seasonal, home-cooked vegetarian meals and dive into the unhurried rhythms of rural life.

  • All meals (including refreshments and wine) for the duration of the retreat;

  • Olive oil tasting with Francesco, the producer

  • Nature walk/hike to the medieval castle of Gargonza

  • Thermal spa day in an ancient town with natural hot springs

Our Yoga instructor: Madison

Madison has been teaching for over 10 years. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, she brings a warm and playful energy to each class, focusing on cultivating a deep connection between breath, body, and mind, while balancing intentional movement with dedicated stillness. She encourages you to challenge yourself while honoring your body’s unique needs, creating a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth. 

We’ll gather for daily Yoga sessions in the beautiful open-air shala, nestled among the olive trees. Morning practices focus on energizing Yoga flows to help invigorate us for the day ahead, while afternoon practices offer gentle, relaxing Yoga to rest the body and reset the nervous system. Each class is thoughtfully sequenced, emphasizing breath awareness, mental clarity, and fostering a strong mind-body connection. You'll leave feeling nourished, connected, and inspired. Classes are suitable for all levels, with many modifications and options offered.

  • 8:30 am Morning Yoga

  • 10:30 am Brunch

  • 11:30 am Olive Oil Tasting

  • 3:30 pm “Merenda” - Italian snack

  • 4:00 pm Guided nature walk to the nearby medieval castle

  • 6:30 pm Family-style dinner
