Other.days Workation

This is not a break from work, it is a different way of working.

Step out of acceleration and into a rhythm where focus replaces urgency.

This workation is for women who want to work deeply without stepping away from their professional flow, in a idyllic setting that supports both focus and ease. If you’re not looking for a break from work, but for a way to work differently, this workation offers exactly that.

Working from a different place, with fewer distractions and a rhythm that supports sustained attention, allows you to stay connected to what matters. Everything is already taken care of, so your energy can go into thinking, creating, and doing your work.

With other.days, you join a small group of women who care about the quality of their work and the quality of their days. The group is intentionally small, and the pace is designed to support concentration, while leaving space for shared meals, thoughtful conversations, and time to properly arrive, both in your work and in the place.

Days follow a considered structure of work blocks, meals, and moments of connection. This steady flow supports focus without rigidity, allowing you to work with clarity while staying grounded and present. Gentle complementary practices are woven into the days to support focus, self-leadership, and sustainability — not as an escape from work, but as a way to work with more care.

THIS EVENT IS FOR YOU IF:

  • you are looking for something else than a purely yoga-focused retreat

  • you are not looking for a vacation or passive escape

  • you value focused work time without compromising enjoyment

  • you are interested in sharing space, rhythm, and conversation with others

THE PROGRAM INCLUDES THREE GUIDED WORKSHOPS:

  • Values & Affirmations, to reconnect with what guides your decisions and shapes your work;

  • Focus, to explore attention, boundaries, and ways of working that respect your energy;

  • Voice & Breath, to support presence, grounding, and embodied confidence.

Each morning begins with movement and/or meditation, offering a calm, centered start to the day and introducing simple routines that can naturally carry into your day-to-day life.

Inspired by Italian slow living and craftsmanship, this workation is grounded in the belief that good work takes time, and that focus grows when days are shaped with intention. When distractions fall away, clarity has space to emerge.

On the weekends, optional visits to selected places and local artisans offer quiet insight into how patience, rhythm, and attention shape creative work in Tuscany. These encounters are not only about activities, but about a new perspective, and often continue to resonate long after the workation ends.

You leave with work done, and with a clearer sense of how you want to structure your days, protect your focus, and work going forward.

Your Hosts:

Ciao! I am Anna-Catharina,

I grew up in Tuscany in an Italo-German family. I have spent twelve years in Germany, first studying and later working. Over the past six years I have been deeply involved in the event management industry.

At a certain point, I could no longer ignore the inner voice pushing me toward something meaningful. I decided to embark on a new adventure: creating memorable experiences in the place I call home. Experiences designed for like-minded people who value meaningful work, human connection, and the beauty that surrounds us — often found in the smallest details.

other.days was born from the desire to connect people in diverse and authentic ways. What started as an idea is now an ongoing journey, with the hope of growing into a community shaped by shared moments, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for life's more intentional days.

Hi, I'm Laura.

I'm a performing artist originally from Italy, a traveller at heart, currently based in Vienna. I'm also a yoga teacher and meditation coach. My curiosity about how to live a more mindful and fulfilling life has led me to study with teachers across Asia, Australia, the Americas, and Europe.

I'm interested in body-mind practices and enjoy guiding others toward a deeper understanding of themselves.

Together, we'll work with mindfulness, simple somatic practices, and reflection exercises (some playful ones too) to develop practical tools you can bring into daily life supporting clearer focus, direction, and a sense of ease. Other days are the ones we usually postpone: the days for listening inward, for slowing down, for remembering what actually nourishes us.

These practices are an invitation to create more of those days, not as an escape from everyday life, but as a way to meet it with more clarity, curiosity, and aliveness.
